We are a gar fishing family down here Hahahha .. plus if everything works out we will also be working with state in gar study down here !! As we see it where we are at the deer prof fences are keeping gar out of their spawning grounds when creeks are at flooding the breeding size gar can’t get through them .. as information comes I’ll try to keep y’all posted.

We use carp about 6” under a cork with a 10-12/0 circle hook sir . Good luck light lines !!

Looks like a good time. Interesting theory on the deer fences. I have wondered about that before....
It's only a good cast if you catch a fish...
