probably the best is the Chocolate Bayou ramp on 2004.

Brazoria County Park ramp at San Luis Pass would be closer. Hold to the south side of the basin going in and out.

Def the SLP county park ramp. Head out of the cut from the ramp and head to the west through cold pass. Pay attention to the shallow areas.
