I am quick to get fish in my hands if boat flipped and unless they are big, they never touch carpet. And if they are big enough to net, they dont hit the carpet either.

Im just a little put off by the care most people have for the bass we spend so much time and money on to catch with little regard to the well being of the fish.

They are just fish. It's no big deal

No kidding Dubee.
About a year ago there was a post about boat flipping fish and I said it was bad for the fish to let it lay on the carpet. There was not one person that posted that agreed with me that it would hurt the fish.
Now everyone is piling on someone else that did it.
I think most of the people on TFF just like to disagree or pile on with anyone they can.

Should we be concerned that Addington is combing through old TFF threads after his bedtime? hmmm

Pile on? Tell me where before my post that others were making my point. This post came right after Randal Tharp was on prime time live fishing and was disgusting with his fish care. Btw, this was about a year ago, sorry nobody agreed with your opinion at the time.

looks to me like a very common warmer water bacterial infection. and unlike 99.99% of yall, I have sent hundreds of all species of fish to FSU fisheries bio dept for necropsy results. a lot of keyboard biologists here... argue

I'm not a fisheries biologist but I'm going to guess that fish ended up not surviving the corn meal infection.

I saw a guy on Facebook post a picture of 5 bass around 2-3 pounds that he was holding all with one hand dangling from poke-through cull rings. No tournament, just kept his best 5 to pose for a picture. At least don't put a hole in their mouth for a little fun fishing..

Just my 2cents

Not meaning to steal this post but it is what the poster is referring too?

I am willing to bet that your opinion isn't going to have an effect of Tharp's paycheck(s).
