I went there this past May. A hundred fish a day is no exaggeration. I booked through Angler's Inn.

I went there this past May and we averaged 139 fish per day with a 7.4# being the largest
we probably caught 60 4 pound fish per day
it was a great time --- we booked thru RSJA
---herbsteiner,,,, we need to compare camp notes to see who is the best @ this lake
I am told by RSJA that they fired the camp manager right after our trip ----- understandable.

if I ever go back to El Salto it will be with Angler's Inn

Who wants to catch 100 fish a day?

When I hit 10 fish in the am, I usually start to fish bigger baits or something cool I wanna see if it will work, when I break 20 Im usually on my way in for the day or throwing something really stupid big looking for one more big un.

Does nobody go there and throw crazy large baits in search of size??

10 inch isnt large is it? Thats what I use in Iowa on shakey head, drop shot, texas rig for our little bass and it generates a ton of bites.
