Do you sharpen your electric knife blades? If so how is the best way?

I use the work sharp system. Sharpen the flat side of the blade only.

Correct. Sharpen as you would any serrated blade.

I just run it through my Block sharpener after filleting and keeps them plenty sharp for me. thumb

thumb thumb Just Google Block sharpener and get you one. There are several styles and brands, and all are cheap.
