Had a couple hours after work and before softball last night so headed out there. Plan was to run from Earl G thru government ditch and fish the river some. One thing I noticed and was extremely "happy" about was there was barely ANY salvania out in the main lake!! Usually C row, K, L, and some of the twisty ones past green brake get completely covered up and it wasn't!! I saw some as I ran thru gov ditch on both sides in the shallow areas but mostly clean. Had some good current pushing thru the river as well and really clear. The "fishing" part sucked lol I didn't even have a bite... hit some points and docks and that little bridge off of U row. Water temps main lake were 89* ish and river was around 83-84*.
