WATER LEVEL: 1,087.17
Level is 29.83 feet below full pool of 1,117.00
Change Since Yesterday: 0.00 Feet
WATER TEMP: lows to mid 80s

The past week the bite has changed a bit for me. Iím still concentrating around the hydrilla just deeper. Hopefully the topwater bite returns soon. For now itís Tx Rig plastics 20ft deep around grassy points and 4-5Ē swimbaits over and around any grass. Docktalk and tackle store chatter lately is about jerkbaits but Iíve yet to try it. Probably a good idea since a lot of fish have been suspended. Iíll find out in a couple hours... Im catching stripers and whites around bait in 40-50ft. Spotlocked on a point a few days ago it was a guaranteed fish every 4-5 minutes a baitball would pass under the boat. Drifting and/or on the trolling motor wouldnít produce. Spotlock and wait was the ticket.. Whites have been a decent size but the Stripers havnt been to big but plenty of fun to catch. Picture was 7/27/19 Mike/Dallas... Interested in fishing feel free to call/text (830) 768-3648 website info www.amistadbass.com .. Thanks
