I posted about Sister's Bistro a few months ago. Good food/value.

Randy's Burgers and Mt. Pleasant Burgers & Fries are probably the best two places to eat. Two Senoritas and The Jalapeno Tree are decent. Two Senoritas has rib-eye fajitas that can be really good, but it's generally a 1 in 3 shot if you are going to get them and they come out good. Mardi Gras Seafood is hit or miss for cajun. The chain restaurants are all hit or miss. They don't have the consistency of chain restaurants in larger cities. Chili's has been bad a lot of the times over the 12 years I've been in the area, but was really good the last time I was there. Sushi Guy is interesting. I've had good and OK there.

Avoid Luigi's. We've given it three tries and it's been bad, bad and worse.

Pollo Bueno has decent street tacos in a semi-fast food place. Haven't eaten at Nardello's, but it looks like it might be good.

The solution to any problem - work, love, money, whatever - is to go fishing, and the worse the problem, the longer the trip should be. --John Gierach

Par for the course. Applebee's has a decent bar. Stick to beer and appetizers and you probably won't be disappointed.

Sisters is good they just have weird hours. They close really early.

That's a good description of Hershel's.

Jalapeno Tree has always been consistently decent for me, which is better than most places in Mt P.

Sisters burned earlier this year. Still remodeling it. Hasn’t opened back up yet.
