I just built a house over looking Wheeler Branch. I have a Ranger 521 sitting in my garage. I can no longer put my boat on Wheeler Branch. The rule is actually “no boats with bilge areas”. Basically canoes and kayaks now.

Technically sit on top kayaks have a bilge area, mine even has a drain plug but they don't deny access for these. They should have just put in the rules no bass boats which is really what they were targeting with this rule.
