Had long time customer Mark Locey and his two sons out for some sandbassing today. Found fish pretty quick but did not stay long. Had to keep moving to catch fish. Caaught 75 to 80 . Keep 50 for a fry. Fish were relating to slopes. All fish caught on slopes 17 to 21 feet. All fish caught on ole uglies slabs and flies. Mark had the pleasure of losing the biggest black I have seen come out of Eagle Mountain. *8 plus lbs. Still have some openings. The summer time fish is really hanging in there . Give me a call at 817-597-6598 and we will go. Was another great fishing trip with Johnny . Wasnt a spring trip but was a real good summer trip! Would had been nice to have brought that green fish in the boat but oh well ! And this trip probably had some of the bigger sand bass I have caught at eagle mountain! And as usual we had a great time Jonny . Cant wait to go again !
