The government cove, down by the dam and the launch ramp at the state park used to be real good for whites when they were schooling. You could fish for 30 minutes and end up filleting whites for a couple of hours. Congratulations on the record.

I just set a water body record myself. I have my certificate but they dont have it listed on there web site yet...

I suppose these records have to be on a certified scale? Fish need to be weighed on scales that have been calibrated yearly. Calibration must be maintained and a current certificate of calibration on the scale must be on file with the Texas Parks&Wildlife.

Where is there a certified scale around Falcon? Preferably mobile.
