I just bought an acupressure mat off Amazon.

There are many versions, the one I chose was around $32 delivered.

The bristles are hard plastic, and they can scratch/rip if you "slide" on the mat.

It takes several seconds to get used to it at first, but you build up tolerance. I've only used it twice since yesterday, and just a few minutes each time.

I'll get up to 10-15 minutes by next week.

Once I get off, I feel the blood circulating and tingling in my back and neck. I like it!

Addendum: It comes with a pillow as well. Don't turn on your ear!!

Addendum II: I should probably post this in the general OT.

Nope, Kim and I split up this very week back in 2018.

We are still friends, and she lives just 1 minute down the road in Richardson. I'm in a townhouse off Bush 190.

There are times when she annoys me that I feel the need to lay on my acupressure mat with spikes in my back, but overall, she and I are still good.

I'd surmise that's why you are asking.

If I lived with her, she'd touch this mat with her fingers, but probably would NOT lay on it. She's very dainty.
