Interesting point. I would have to believe that he got to and maintains that size through the use of steroids which I would assume are illegal in his State. There is another black male officer that has huge arms and forearms but what is funny is that his forearms look short compared to the two-foot of the rest of his arm because his forearms are so tight. Looks to me that he is on roids too.

I'm pretty sure that I'm the only person in Williamson County who doesn't have meth or marijuana in my truck. I'm starting to think that the dog actually plants it.
