Been experimenting with a few of the Berkley Gulp Alive products. The Gulp Alive Fish Fry , Gulp Alive Sinking Minnow, and the Gulp Alive Ghost Shrimp. All work GREAT! Caught a lot of nice bass and sunfish using these this year. Getting great Rio results on the Sinking Minnow! Chartreuse,Black, and White are the colors that have gotten the best results. Side Note: I have also been using the Gulp Alive Recharge Spray Attractant. Works great!

I can remember the day when both Mcqueeney and Placid had plenty of Ghost Shrimp! Fish especially bass loved em!

I do not use many of the Gulp Alive Products. I mainly use the Gulp Alive Worms-Thin size. I have also used the minnows. As far as the recharge spray I have never tried it but heard that it works pretty good. Keep in mind I just about all the time use live worms.

Banker...It's really hard to teach an old dog new tricks...right ? I will probably buy one or the other to keep in the boat in case I run out of the "Bait of Champions"

When I do use a Gulp Alive bait I love the leaches. Get good results on the sunfish, mainly the Bluegill and Redbreast.

I have been using the one inch minnows on 1/64 oz jig heads.
It’s like crack for small mouths.

I used the 1" Gulp Alive minnow on Fayette this week & it worked great. Tried rigging it a couple ways, but the one that worked the best was drop shot & threading the minnow on the hook so that it is completely straight, with the head of the minnow ending up at the eye end of the #6 hook. The color was chartreuse & white, but I have some black/shad color that should arrive from Amazon today. Just bounce it off the bottom a couple times & bam. One thing I forgot to mention is that there were small fry schools all over the place at Fayette on Monday. Not sure if they were bass, bluegill, or Tilapia ?
