Is it time to blow them up now that the trade deadline is coming up? I have already heard that Minor may be up for grabs. Typical for the Rangers to give up a good pitcher.

They're too close now to blow up the team. They have to keep minor and add at least one more quality pitcher. If they trade Minor the [censored] gonna hit the fan and fans will know they aren't doing their best to win. If they want to sell season tickets to the new stadium they better show the fans they're in it to win. If Daniels lets the trade dead line end without getting another pitcher he's not doing his job. In my opinion he never has.

6.5 games out of the WC with three teams in front of them is not close. They had a chance but since the break theyre terrible. Fun while it lasted.

There's 63 games left, if deadbeat Daniels picks up another pitcher before the deadline I think they can get back in it but then I'm not a quitter and I don't think the Rangers are either.

The gers are 6.5 games back of the wild card spot. They have an average minor league system, have one of, if not the toughest second half schedule in the league and now the offense is starting to struggle.
The writing is on the wall.

This team has played way above expectations. They are still a few years away, Minors history says hebisnt this good. Cash in while you can on him. If he pitches like crud next year everyone will scream why didnt they trade him? Still a very young team.

Yep. Sellers not buyers. It's all about the new park and that will carry attendance while they rebuild.

The vast majority of season tickets are corporate. Season ticket sales have little to do with team performance.

You already have one of the worst pitching staffs in baseball so you trade away your best pitcher? For "prospects" who may not turn out to be worth a damn! mad Never made any sense to me. Its just churn n burn, churn n burn, rinse, repeat, churn n burn.I'm just sick of that concept after watching it for years.

I know people keep saying bring Calhoun back up. They cant yet. I guarantee you they are giving some guys like Mazara playing time because they would trade him. You can trade people very easily if youre a seller, and you demote someone to the minors.

Calhoun will be back. Before long they will only be playing people that they think may have a future here, and trying to evaluate. Fire sale is coming.

doesn't matter... the bottom four is fighting for second place and last place at the same time.
