Guys before you watch this video, post what % of the legal fish that are caught out of Toledo Bend you think go in the ice chest, vs back in the lake. These numbers both blew me away, and really bummed me out.

My guess was 20%, and I only guessed that because I thought it was really high, I had no idea, does he address why Toledo is 8 fish limit and if that can be fixed, I mean this is killing Toledo?

I've been saying it for years and Driscoll told me the numbers a couple years ago to confirm it. You don't see keepers thrown back on Toledo
