Heading out today late morning. Looking shallow and deep. They will be somewhere. Points that drop off into deeper water seem to work best with the fish holding in about 19ft. If you start catching big sandies, up size your baits, the Hybrids will be in the mix with them. If all you find are 10-12 inch sandies move, the Hybrids wont be in that mix of fish.

We had an afternoon trip today. Started at 1:00 and was back at the boat ramp around 8:00. Lightening and a north wind run us in. We caught some fish today. Arigs and slabs were the ticket. All of our fish were in 19-20 ft of water.
We only took pics of the Hybrids but we caught some massive sandbass today as well. We quit counting the sandbass at 100. We had 13 Hybrids that were overs and 4 Stripers that were small. [Linked Image]
