Planning to fish PK next Saturday and I am hoping some of you PK experts can help me out a bit. I fish PK fairly often in the winter, but very rarely in the summer.

Couple questions.
I plan to catch bait before sun up. Do I need to go north for bait or can I find some around South DD?
How far south are yall finding striper?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Can't help you with striper as I have found very few. As for bait, look for a lighted dock and I bet there will be a big school of them. Tons of shad in all the creeks. All of them as small now. Seems like every week is different.

I'll be there too. I'll be leaving the bait rods at home though.

Bait is easy!
Fishing is extremely tough last few days.

Didnt throw the net but lots of flippers and splashes in South DD this morning.
I dont think catching bait will be the problem. [Linked Image]

Not for us, we fished Wednesday night. Caught dozens of mag sandies and Bass to 4lbs. The one Striper taken was fat and @ 5 lbs.
