Going to Grapevine tomorrow evening. Have not been there in 2 years. Any recommendations on what/where to try? Also are the ramps open?

Grapevine has been real quiet this year. I've only been able to make it out there once this year myself but that was back in the spring.

Katie Woods Ramp is open if you are on the south side. Murrel ramp is open on the north side.

Any main lake willow trees that have water on them, small swimbaits on the floating docks, and top water on mainlake points with chunk rock.

Saw thousands of baitfish in the trees at Katie Woods on my lunch break. Also saw a beaver.

Just got back from Grapevine. Thanks for the helpful posts. Boated 7 bass and had several more on with the big one lost at the boat. Sand bass and bait fish everywhere and caught many many sand bass while fishing for largemouth. Overall a great time.
The key for us was fishing the main lake points with medium depth crankbaits.
