Does anyone have a link to a website, or can tell me what the rules are for Captaining a boat? MY little Cousin will be Freshman next year and has asked me if I would do this for him. Want to understand rules on pre-fishing, and what I'm allowed to help with and not. Thanks for all the help!!

I assume you are talking about THSBA? Link below to their website. All the rules posted there. You also have to take a training to be compliant with the Safe Sports Act before you can captain. That info is also on the website. I would suggest getting in touch with the school fishing team adviser. Most will have meetings at the beginning of the school yr to go over all the rules.

Thanks Guys. He's going to be a Freshman at Joshua High School. I'll try and find out who their adviser is.
