Only do apartment tours in the mid/late afternoon. That way you can tell which complex has the hottest chicks at the pool.

Years ago I lived in the apartments across the street from TCC in NRH. They were good for the money and I was within walking distance from a sports bar. Fun times.
Also, apartments are stupid expensive now. Before I bought a house I was paying 1200/month for a 800sf 1 bedroom.

some good apartments on Davis, past mid cities. See them going to work everyday. Also there building a bunch near Rufe Snow seems like

I did some internet search for apartment in Houston they are pricey but seem to be better quality than apartments I live in in the past.
