We are in summer mode now and it's going to be a typical hot Texas week.Starting to see some moss on the creeks and a lot of top water weed beds on the rivers. Who is going fishing this week!

May be a Red Fish trip to Cally! Will be hitting the coast Port A for three days of deep sea fishing the following week.

Have some personal business to do Monday but hope to make some fishing time. Tuesday on are looking good.

I may very well go every morning this week, Ive been hammering bluegill on ultralight gear and its a blast. Even caught a few decent cats

I may very well go every morning this week, Ive been hammering bluegill on ultralight gear and its a blast. Even caught a few decent cats Catching sunnies on ultralight is hard to beat!

I plan to hit the rip rap at Lynn Creek Marina for a few hours early Wednesday morning. After 9 AM the bluegill stop biting and it gets too hot to be fun.

Well...best laid plans...A/C went out last night and wife aint happy ! Therefore, until I get it fixed...no fishing ! Can anyone relate ? Been happily divorced for a very long,long time.

But in this case my wife and I would be singing from the same sheet of music. Luckily I have a great A/C man. Quick and does great work. The unit on the bedroom side of my house is limping. I'm expecting to have to call him any week now... Hope you get yours sorted soon ! .
