Older deck, needs some boards replaced and either new staining or a top coating like the new ones with sand mixed in, kind of like a bed liner. any recommendations? Thanks!

Saw Home Depot has one you can apply with a pump up sprayer. I wonder if it is any good.

I am doing the same thing. Replacing boards etc.
