At full charge all of my 4 12V batteries read nearly 13 volts. Do I need to start the motor and watch the voltage meter also?
Do I need to run my trolling motor while testing my accessory batteries also?
Just wanna get an overall look at the health of my batteries and this stuff is all fairly new to me.
If you can't find em wind em.

Charge the batteries for 24hrs, let rest with no load for 24hrs, then load test. If the needle does not hit green, the battery has a weak cell. Using any other method just lets you read surface charge.
