Have not fished Twok in a number of years I always put in at Holiday Marina. I tried calling them but got a recording that the number was no longer in use. Have they changed their phone number or are they no longer in business? I was hoping to go fishing at Twok this coming week.

There is a great boat ramp on the 2 mile bridge coming from Quinlan just as you get to the bridge and it is well protected from the wind.

I would be coming from Tyler went for a drive to find a place to launch from and found the state park. Is there any other places to launch from coming from Tyler that you would recommend?

SRA bought it. They are creating more public access on lake Tawakoni.

They will raise elevation of shoreline, then build a public park with amenities.

The dam is where I would launch it is free, closer to fish, (this time of year), and more convenient. The boathouses at Holiday were shad magnets. The only thing I miss about the place.

They must be putting in some nice amenities! I was checking it out from the water the other day. Some big construction going on over there.

Will it have a public ramp?

The day after catching a lot of fish is still a good day.
