Lots of great memories popping fireworks with friends and family... is it really a waste if you can look back on it 10, 20, even 30 years later and it still brings a smile to your face? Not IMHO. That was money well spent.

Cops sit outside our neighborhood waiting to come ruin it. We haven't shot a firework in almost 3 years.

Lots of great memories popping fireworks with friends and family... is it really a waste if you can look back on it 10, 20, even 30 years later and it still brings a smile to your face? Not IMHO. That was money well spent. This, along with harkening back to close calls and injuries!

Used to love the shows Baron Hilton put on in the California Delta. Just lay there on the deck and enjoy an adult beverage. Very pleasant.
As for individuals scaring critters and putting neighbors roofs at risk...I dont get it. Not trying to take anyones fun away, but the risk/reward is skewed sharply in the direction of risk for me.

I would bet you can drive to the back of our subdivision where houses have not been built this morning and it will look like a fireworks stand blew up. Paper and trash all over the place.
