 Power Pole Doesn't Work

I was hoping somebody could point me to the problem, without a lot of guesswork on my part. I have two PowerPole Blades and today while cleaning the boat I found that one does not work. I made sure the selector on the switch was for both and then individually for the non-working one. It does not move. So before I have to roll this to the dealer does anyone have advice for what I can check before going to plan B?

Does it still make a sound? If not check the fuse on the pump power wire. Check all connections.

Contact PowerPole they are some good folks. They did me right. They told me the issue over the phone and sent the parts to fix the issue. I installed them myself and problem solved. They sent me a bracket that was broken and mother board, they even sent packaging for return shipment.

Sounds like power to unit problem. Check wiring. If not call JL Marine Phone: (813) 689-9932. They are great to help you track down problem. If you need parts they send them to you no charge.

Power pole has the best customer service I have ever seen. They sent me a part today at no charge that was a year past warranty.
