Had 3 good days on Lewisville this week. Worked brush piles and some timber in 18-24fow. A couple of hours both Monday and Thursday evening each yielded about 20 fish each evening. Only had a couple of dinks and a lot of solid fish in the 11 - 13" range . All fish where released.
Had a friend ask for some filets, so went on a meat run this morning. Ended up catching 50+ fish. Used a pink jig head on a white/ green Crazy Angler and a white and silver Constant Persuit. Couldn't buy a fish on timber, but brush piles where on fire.
Tried to not keep any thing under 11" and ended with 23. Had 2 at 14" and biggest 7 weighed 7.68 pounds. Mix of white and blacks. Kept putting frozen water jugs in live well but fish didnt like the 85 degree surface temperature. Not a great morning but very solid.

Went Thursday and Friday and didn't do as good as you did Buddy but at least I got to enjoy God's work so definitely can't complain!!

Thanks guys. Been at this crappie fishing hard core for a few years now. Trying to constantly up my game. Need to focus on better brush locations. Can get the number, but size is often a challenge. Need spend more time on deep rocks and timber I think.
