Hey y’all, are any other ramps open other than Aarowhead? Going out later and would rather go out of a different ramp if anything is open. Little elm in particular. Thanks

I haven’t been by the Little Elm ramp lately but I suspect it is open. At water levels higher than the current, it has been open - just crowded and plagued by jet skiers. Good luck my friend.

Rumor is that Tower Bay will open 7/4th weekend.

I feel like keeping a ramp closed when it can be opened makes the lake less safe, especially at other ramps which will have added pressure. Lewisville has a history of being one of the most dangerous lakes in the state. Fact is, Tower bay was opened after the last floods at 4.5 ft high. This ramp was in good shape 3 weeks ago. Unless there is an underlying issue which has not been made public, the ramp needs to be opened. I talked to the park Ranger before it closed, and he claimed it was his decision when it opens and closes. I honestly believe the city is opening themselves up to liability issues if they don't act before the holiday

Ive been emailing them for 3 weeks & been told TB would open each of those 3 weeks, Lake Park by the 4th.. Liar!. I believe the Ranger doesnt want the ramps opened until the courtesy docks are usable. He has some kind of hangup about the docks, besides being on a power trip. realmad

Every ramp on that lake should be open soon I would bet by this weekend at the latest. Lake went from 3.35 Friday afternoon to 2.90 as of this morning. They are dropping it quick!

Lake Park and Shady Shores are now open. They are losing about 5000 CCs right now with ray roberts shutting their release to 600.

Thank you! Tired of Arrowhead being over crowded and those idiots on jet ski's riding right around the ramps when you are trying to unload and load your boat. Glad to see that they've put no wake buoys out there. A little late though in my opinion, they should have been out there before Memorial Day.

Kind of weird to complain about something that you said is needed. Sounds like a "little late" is better than not at all...
