Anyone know/remember if the Ultrex mount hole pattern is the same as the Fortrex?

Depends on the shaft length. If you are replacing the old Fortrex with an Ultrex and the shaft length is going to be the same then yes it will be the same hole pattern. If you are going with a longer shaft then you will need to angle the head of the motor inward so it is not overhanging the gunnel thus causing the need for new holes.
