Hey guys, I recently bought a boat and am taking my Dad to Fork tomorrow. Was wondering if and where there might be any kind of shallow bite? I am lost when it comes to deep water (something I am trying to learn) Do the docks produce once the sun gets up? I have been on fork a couple of times in the past and don't know the lake very well. I'm not asking for your secret spots, just general info that might put us on some fish? Any help is appreciated.

Mark it seems the volatility of the water has had a lot less of an impact hasn't it? I can't attest first hand as I have not been out there.

For sure. Seems the fish are not near as affected as years past with the fluctuations. This spring and so far into summer the bite has been consistently good on the day I go. The fish are also healthy as can be and really fight. Even 2lbers will fight like a much bigger fish. Its been great so far.
