Two hours in to a tournament last Saturday I broke a steering cable on my Ultrex. Finished the tournament with the remote control.
I have a local ASC about twenty minutes from the house that I've never used. Decided to drive an hour and a half to Sartin Marine since he put my Point One antenna in and I was pleased with the install and whole buying experience.
Took the TM to Sartin Marine Tuesday morning and dropped it off with Bryan. Get a call at 8:43 the next morning "it's fixed and ready for pick up!!". Bryan said he had a training class to attend Wednesday afternoon so he stayed late Tuesday and hooked me up. Needless to say they are great service oriented people.
