where to get Shimano Stradic parts online

Been trying to find a place to buy a part for my C3000 HG-k rather unsuccessfully.. I need the bolt for a lack of a better word that screws in opposite of the handle on the shaft.

Have you tried HEREI have also ordered directly from Shimano before. You can also call Southwest Parts in Dallas, they repair them and may have that part....
