Only a week away. Lake is fishing much better than back in May. Should be plenty of good fish caught.
This is an hourly weigh-in so there's plenty of opportunities to place in the money.
Also, junior anglers have two separate age categories to enter free. Bring the juniors out and have a great time.

Forecast is looking good for Sat, wind 5-6 and rain chance less than 10%.
Reports are the lake is fishing really good right now so there will be lots of fish put in the boats.

Make plans to be at this one. People had a great time last year. Weigh-in is at Collin Park with easy access to the scales. You can beach the boat close to the scales, get weighed and be back out fishing quickly.

Can you weigh a fish right at the hour after the first hour?

I know the first weighin starts at 7:10 but what about the other hours? Can you weigh a fish at say 7:59 and one for the next hour at 8:01 or do we have to wait till 10 minutes after each hour starts?

Entry is $50 per person.

You don't have to wait 10 minutes after the hour ends to weigh your next fish.

Registration will be at Collin Park Fri; 5-6 pm. You don't have to pay the park entry fee to register. You can also register Sat morning 6-7 am at Collin Park.

The lake is not off limits Friday.

Little man is at Camp Nana for the week but think I'm gonna ride over with Clay if he get's his trailer fixed before then!!! Only been about 2 months with one wheel on a dual axle trailer. It's about time!

Signups are tomorrow 5-6pm at Collin Park. I'm sure we'll hang around a little later than that, just in case, but if you can't make it there is another opportunity Saturday morning before the tourney starts. (6-7am at Collin Park)

Fishing was good today with several people reporting easy limits.
The juniors shouldn't have any trouble putting fish in the boat and neither should the big kids. Come on out and enjoy the fun and maybe catch that big fish that wins. And take home a nice mess of crappie to eat.
