Why did you need customer service?

To shoot the bull with the owner. If you call customer service the ceo/owner of company answers. I call for settings help, pellet reccomendations. When I bought my grill one of the probes wasnt reading temp correctly. I called and they sent me two sets of probes for free. No questions asked. That was the only issue I have ever had.

I have a Green Mountain Grill that hasn't given me any problems yet. I bought it around Black Friday at a great price ($900 grill bought for $525). If I were to buy another one I would take a hard look at grillagrills.com

I made mine out of a 22" Ole' Smokey. Installed a heating element, a couple of different grill grates, water bowl, 2 thermometers and a 12" TUBE for the pellets. I use Pit Bosses Competition Blend. I smoke ribs and chicken mostly and works great. Less than $150.

Go see Wendall at Dave's stove shop in Weatherford, https://www.davidsstoveshop.com/. He is very knowledgeable and has many in stock. I just purchased the Yoder s640. He can tell you the differences and which works best for you.
