i am beginning to understand everyone's complaints about their service, i have been on hold for 43 minutes and am still on hold, waiting for someone to explain how to fix my power button, this guy says send it in and for 725.00 they will fix it? SERIOUSLY?????? i dont think so

Yeah their customer service has to be the worst! I won't buy another Lowrance product because of it. I ended up finding another store that sold Lowrance products, called them and they helped me out a lot more than Lowrance CS did.

What unit? Is it still in it's 2 year warranty period? Who advised you to send it in and pay $750 for repair? Lowarnce has a 2 year replacement warranty and a 5 year upgrade warranty. After the 2 year period has expired, you'll be offered a newer unit at a reduced rate, with the price depending on what unit you wish to upgrade to. If after speaking to Lowrance you don't get a satisfactory answer, you can try removing the bezel and cleaning the button contacts or you can try the below company as they do some some repair work on Lowrance units.

I sent in a screenshot of my graph doing funny things. Got an email that they setup a case # but never heard a word after that. I agree, bad customer service.

My case # is in my pickup, funny thing is they ran my card for 690.00 yesterday and i have yet to receive an email with an RMA number, i actually took it to a buddy of mine that does IPhone repair and he says he can fix it, we will see,but why i havent gotten the email still boggles me

Hey Matt, not looking to start anything. I just called Lowrance support and after a 3 to 5 minute wait a nice lady came on and we started to work on my question, asked if I had unit with me (I didn't) she had me go to the garage where boat is( at inlaw's house) Yes she stayed while I drove over there, it was pretty close but still she stayed on the phone and we visited while driving. Got to garage and powered up the unit and with her help fix it in a couple minutes. Time stamp on phone start to finish was 20 minutes 48 sec and that includes driving time. Just saying they are trying. I'm sorry your experience was not so fulfilling.

If you don’t get a resolution you might try Clear Cast Marine in Springfield Mo. Ask for David.
