There's a different attitude over there. I had this attitude in the 1970's but then I got more wise. I was teachable I guess.

Wow.

Yeah, that reminds me of me on Toledo and other lakes in the Seventies and maybe early eighties but not much past that.

Filet 'em up and fry 'em.

I think on FB they said this was over 2-3 nights of fishing. While some may not like it and they stayed within the legal limit then so be it. Dont forget how many fish died during the despino tournament lol. I have kept my fair share of fish over the years and rarely keep anything anymore but Im not getting mad because someone kept there legal limit. Also how come nobody gets mad about the crappie guides heck I see some of them posting everyday keeping 100 fish but yet they keep right on catching.

I've simply never understood why people get upset when someone keeps their legal limit of fish. I also don't understand why when 2 states share a lake, they have different limits. I haven't fished down there in year and have seen some talk about lower fish populations and tend to blame this for it, but I would think if that were truly the case and it was verified via surveys, they would implement some new regs to help change that.

Otherwise, it just looks like some young guys that had a great time and will be eating some fish for a while even if they taste nasty from the lack of cleaning ahead of time.

The limit on black bass is the same on both sides..8 per day per person, 14 inch minimum except on spotted bass which has no size limit. They still count as your 8 fish limit.
I just wish that they would drop it to 5 per day like all the tournaments.

Never test the depth of the water with both feet.

its amazing that folks chastise legal fishermen for keeping their state limit of fish to eat while all the gill nets are in falcon an Amistad.
