Finally got back on Lake Waco yesterday evening after 16 of water was let out over the last 6 weeks or so. Shad were so thick on the main lake structure it was hard to get the fish to bite. We usually use slabs but couldnt get a bite even though the graph was lit up. Tied on some RSR white and chartreuse Little Georges, we caught and released 27 mixed whites and hybrids in about 2 hours. Not a big day on the clicker but was happy with the action considering the huge water level fluctuations over the past 8 weeks.

We found fish on the old dam and the old HWY 6 roadbed. Caught most on the old dam.
