Motor runs great.... While running on the starboard fuel tank the motor runs and comes up on plane as it should. Switched fuel tank and the motor on the port will not turn but about 3200 rpm on take off. Once the boat gets on plane it runs good. Is there something in the switch that could restrict the fuel flow to cause this issue?

Had the same problem with my Skeeter. Turns out ethanol had eaten up the lining in my fuel lines. Replaced the fuel lines, problem solved.

The GRAY colored fuel lines are best now. The plastic liner mess in my old black fuel lines went to pieces and clogged the whole system up.

Take your boat and have it checked. My loss of power was from the motor coming apart on the inside. I know the repair shops are not cheap but neither is a new power head or engine. Yamaha Sho 250 oil filter full of metal shavings. The crankshaft spun and the motor is a high dollar fix or new motor. I am leaning toward a new motor as there is not a lot of difference between the 2. Something not right have it checked. The computer shows a lot of ills.

The new BLUE line is the best option now.
if you use gray line make sure it has blue lettering.
i still prefer the blue line as it has NO liner in it.

Mine turned out to be the power head going down. The crankshaft seal spun causing the motor to lock up from metal shavings stopping up the oil lines and low oil pressure. Oil filter was full of metal shavings
