I want to thank the good folks at Jones Trolling Motor in Texarkana. I was having problems with the Surefoot intermittent switch for my 36 volt trolling motor. It was giving power to the trolling motor even when I wasn't stepping on it. They sent me a diagram on how to install a solenoid switch. When things didn't work out the first go-around, they called me at home and helped me figure things out.
The wild thing about this is that they are not making a dime off of me. They just helped without asking for anything in return. Hard to find those kind of people and companies now days.

OH yeah! They are great folks there. I like you had an issue with my cables slipping off on an older TM. Mr. Jones was on the phone walking me through it all. A month later, the cable snapped as it shredded behind the foot control. I called them up, they got me right cable and even sent me a detailed set of instructions. Customer for life here.

He’s helped me out several times. Great to do business with and parts arrive usually the next day.

I have seen him doing this for years on this forum and he has helped me out before online. He is definitely one of the good guys on this forum.
