Had my Commercial Roofers from Tri-Lam Roofing again today! Mark Rusch, Cory Winters, Jason Lewis, Matt Jacobs all flat wore out the big fish today! Mark dropped 12 straight times and caught a Hybrid! Smoked our limit quickly then played CPR for another 40 then threw 50 sandies and they said uncle! Left big fish biting! Thanks Mark for the support! Rumor is the Big Stripers are fixing to start showing up! You dont want to miss that!
Cant say it enough you want to fish right now as it literally is on fire each day! Get the kids and lets get them some memories they wont ever forget! Give me a call! 972-365-2404 Sandies in 15-19 ft on chartreuse slabs from RSR Lures. Hybrids from 17-25 ft on bigger baits! 972-365-2404 https://laketawakonifishing.guide/
Are these fish very bony? The thin type? We called them Rock Fish in Eastern N.Carolina on the coast. Just curious as I've heard that and never eaten any when I lived there.

Hybrids are thick. You get a good thick fillet off them. Some sandies are thinner than others. Tawakoni has some of the largest sand bass around. Lots of 14-16 inchers which has a nice thinner fillet than a hybrid but a good piece f meat. Hope I answered your question!
