I bought a used boat that has a Garmin 93sv original version pre touch screen.
My traditional down imaging works seem to be pretty decent. The side view and down view are pretty worthless to me. I can't see anything much in the sunlight. In my garage I see fine. Anyone have any setting tips to help see the dark background sonar screens?
GOD is good!

I use the blue for down, and the green for side....drill down into their menues to adjust the gain and brightness.

Look at Raptor cover to see if they have one that will fit. Also, do not wear sunglasses, especially polarized.

make sure your back light is turned up. I have turned mine down before in the early morning so it does not blind me and forgot to turn it up once the sun gets up and its very hard to see
