Wanting to plan a trip. Does anyone have a report for whites and hybrids?

No good report , but a buddy of mine went a couple of Saturday"s ago , and said there were dead fish floating all over the lake. All species. He was fishing for black bass and did not get a bite all day.

White bass are as good as they can get. I haven�t run a trip in the last two months that we didn�t limit out. Hybrids haven�t made a comeback yet. We�re catching a few keepers every now and then and a lot of shorts.

Anyone been lately? I'm thinking about going to Cooper in the next week and wanted to see if anyone is catching whites.

Heading there on Friday. I'll post when we get back. I was there in late may and limited X3 out on sandies no hybrids.

Went to cooper today. Had 5 on the boat. we each limited out (sandies) and through back just as many, even got two hybrids. Lets hope there coming back. All fish caught between 10 to 15 feet off the sides of humps. forth of july weekend and there were only 10 boats or so. Love this lake for just that reason.
