Another tyer sent me a few ties he did using a furled material, also sent a little of the material he was using and it gave me some ideas. I have had this CCT Body Fur packs for a long time, maybe 7 years or longer, lol! Now finally these ties gave me the idea of trying to use this CCT Body Fur to furl for a tie. Now this is my first and think I can do a little better and maybe even add something else. Enough yacking, here is a 1/8 Nickel Plated Roadrunner tied using the CCT Body Fur.

Only problem now is I have so e of this Body Fur that is even larger and not sure cutting it down to a nice taper seems too much.

I did go down to my little dock and make a few cast. Only thing seems to be the bluegills hitting it as there just not anything else in this water other than maybe a few buck bass I already caught, lol! One thing I have been slow to learn even though I have tied a lot of the Gray Ghost jigs, this Gray thing is something I have just not really paid attention to in my own fishing, but that will change going forward!

it did look pretty good in the water, but not much wiggle to it, however the number of hits was impressive compared to the Dragon Tails! It thankfully does loose some of that fluff size when wet. Also the reflective properties of this material is very nice!
