Sister is selling her son's 31 ft bumper pull RV. I'm thinking of buying it and parking it at either Fork, Cedar Creek or maybe even close to Winstar (I'm a poker player). If you could, which RV park would you choose and why? Don't want to pay an arm and leg because it will mainly be for weekend use. But also don't want it broken into every night. BTW it's a 2005 if that matters.

Fork...leave it unlocked and it will never get broken into.

Hideaway Harbor at Lake Fork. Nice, quiet, inexpensive and you're right in the middle of Little Caney.
You are not a good or nice person.

Most of the RV parks around Fork will not let you move in a trailer over 10 years old.
I hate photobucket.

Yep, what Chris B said. Although some of them have a clause that you can let them inspect it and if they approve you can move it in.
I'd say look somewhere around Ray Bob. That's not an unreasonable drive to Winstar and still a good lake.

Buy it and I'll let you park it at my lot at Holiday Villages. Unfortunately you would have to put it in my name. Better yet, I'll sell you my lot for far less than it would cost you annually to put it at an RV spot.

Park it in the casino parking lot for free!
Personally I would do fork...find one of the older parks that lets you put a 10 year old in. Get ready to spend money on it if you let it sit anywhere. The only way to do an RV park is in a newer park model with hardy board siding and a metal roof. I have not spent a dime on mine in 12 years and it looks pretty darned new. Park models are parked tho...if you want to travel get that rv you are looking at.
Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.

There is nothing safe and/or pleasant for camper parking at Cedar Creek.

At Fork you can expect about $1800 -$2,000 for off water lots and around $3000 annual rent for waterfront lots.

No, that is waterfront. Sewer and electric hookups on lots too. Usually water is included and in many cases they take care of mowing/weedeating etc also. Electric is usually all you have to pay on your own. On Fork its tough to beat Pelican Point. Great location on the lake, VERY clean and quiet park, 24hr on site security with a great deep water ramp. Has plenty of parking at ramp. Lots are larger on average and they keep that park clean. RV has to be less than 10yrs old when you move it in.
