I bought a baitcaster for surf fishing. It doesnt have a line guide.. so when I reel it in the majority of the line goes to one side of the spool. What am I doing wrong?

Got to work the line back and forth with your rod holding hand as you reel in the line. smile

There are a zillion bait casters built with level winds. A very few that don't.
Why did you buy a don't? It ain't the arrow, it's the Indian.

In this case it is the arrow. Shouldve bought a better arrow (with line guide) haha
