I do t use mo o but hope you get the line you want. I prefer braid on my rods for sensitivity reasons mainly. You can use high pound test mono because my catfish are not line shy.

Just go with a proven time tested mono like Berkley Big Game to name one.
There are a lot more brands out there that have been around a long time, and longer than the Team Catfish brand, so just find one that suits your standards.
