So far 2019 has been a VERY GOOD year. Been catching a bunch of BIG FISH! Spring has been a very active time for both sunfish and Large Mouth Bass. Been catching good numbers on big Redear,Bluegill,Redbreast,and Longear. Also catching plenty of BIG bass and Rios. The sunfish spawn is on. Seeing a lot of them on nest. The Rios are starting to pair up and I have seen some already on nest. Creeks and small Rivers located in both the hill country and south central Texas are supplying some GREAT action. Catching all fish in and close to weed beds. Worms under a float along with drop shot and plain bottom methods are being used. Best bite times have been from 9am till 1pm. Water bodies are in great shape. It has been a challenge fishing in very windy conditions and even in a shower to two. Worms have been the bait used and all fish were released to fight again. Rick aka Catyakker has been fishing with me most of the time. This guy just keeps on fishing! Catching some BIG FISH with good buddy Rick. It just don't get any better!

Great fish!!!! No fair that Rick gets to fish with you all the time. I guess I'm going to have to retire and move to Universal City

Yes Sir Jamie we are living the dream. We have some pretty good fishing holes that are simply spoiling us! The year is only going to get better! Plenty of big fish yet to be caught!

Fun...Fun...Fun. Catching BIG Bass and BIG Slabs on ultra light tackle. This is starting out to be a record year.

Yes Sir,baring any major flooding this year is only going to get BETTER!

Side Note: Lots of big bass being caught. Myself and my fishing pals have caught a bunch of nice ones this year! Seems that the bass have been pretty aggressive on their feeding! How are the water bodies that you are fishing holding up?
