I've been in one for a short time a couple of years ago. I'm 6' and for me the back of the seat struck me right in the middle of my back. After a few minutes in the kayak my back was pounding. Paddling it long distances IMO will be tough. It doesn't have a hull design conducive to easy paddling. It is stable and seems well built. For 2019 they completely changed the rudder system since the older style had a lot of issues and didn't work that well.

I think they make a good fishing platform for small creeks and areas not in the wind.

You get out of it what you put into it!
