Love it. I am a full time guide. Saves my back all day long so i dont have to pull anchor everytime i want to move.

I like being able to raise it up high in really shallow water so the prop is just inches under water.
I also like being able to leave the back of a shallow cove and point it out and turn it on high to move me out while I buckle the rods, put on my life jacket, get in my seat, trim down the motor, and crank it up. Then I hit the button to stow automatically and go on the big motor.
I only use the remote and don't even have the foot pedal installed, and I covered my recessed foot pedal tray. I have a Ranger and they make a cover for the tray with carpet that matches the rest of your carpet. This gives me at least another foot of my deck to stand on.

The main gripe is that some people like the cable steer of a foot pedal and choose the Ultrex for that.
